Invite three guests that the students can interview about their career pathways. The idea is for the lesson to be an informal and fun experience where the students have the opportunity to talk to the guests about the highs and lows they have experienced working in their respective trade or profession and what they did to get where they are today. Small group discussions give students the opportunity to learn about the education, work and life experiences of guests employed in the local and wider community.
