Red Town Demography

Demography in Red Town is influenced by the mining industry. The shire’s population fluctuates in numbers as mining operations close or re-open. As many of the workers are fly-in/fly-out residents; this limits the number of stable, resident families attending local schools. The local school has not had any additional enrolments following the recent mining boom.
